WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Your pedal has been made with great care and tons of love, BUT I am indeed human and therefore not perfect. Should your pedal stop working please contact me. I may be able to troubleshoot your pedal without having you send it in for repair. I offer FREE** repairs on all pedals suffering from defective parts and/or faulty craftsmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the ship date. This does not cover pedals that have been purposefully damaged or misused, including using the wrong power supply (ie. wrong voltage, wrong polarity, etc). If you should break your pedal and need repairs, you will be responsible for the cost of parts, a small bench fee, and insured shipping to/from Cambirdge, MA USA.

• **US customers are responsible for shipping the unit to me. All international owners assume ALL shipping expenses to and from Cambridge, MA 02142 USA.

WHEN WILL MY PEDAL SHIP?

All pedals usually ship within 1-2 business days but allow up to 2 WEEKS before inquiring. Once your pedal ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. All pedals will ship via USPS Priority and USPS International Priority.

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE IT? CAN I RETURN IT?

Sadly, I can not accept returns at this time and all sales are final!
